What is covered in the exam?

Each exam covers a specific Exam Content Outline, which is the document or description of the complete set of concepts, tasks and knowledge required to successfully understand and perform HR-related duties associated with each specific credential that HRAcademia offers.

How should I prepare for my exam?

You will be provided with comprehensive exam syllabus covering the entire HR spectrum, entire online material will be provided to you to keep and download for a lifetime.

How do I schedule my exam?

Once you sign up for a certification, you will receive your login id and password to login to our area and access all the online learning material. You can take the exam at your leisure.

What is the format of the exams?

All of our exams are online multiple-choice + Situational Judgment write-ups and each question lists possible answers. There is only one correct answer for each question. Each exam includes scored questions and pre-test questions randomly distributed throughout the exam. Pre-test questions are not counted in the final results.

What is the passing score?

HRAcademia judges each case separately, to determine subject and conceptual knowledge. But a cap is placed on the minimum criteria.
