This certification is usually for those people who already have a CHRP certificate or who are currently on managerial positions and have a say in the business and HR strategy of the company.

Am I Eligible?

To be eligible for the SHRP you must meet one of the following conditions for education and experience:

Have at least four years of experience in a professional-level HR position
Have at least two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a Bachelor’s degree, OR
Have at least seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma.

What Is the Exam Format & Length?

Computer-based Testing
Exam time: 1 hour.
Exam length: 100 multiple-choice questions + Situational Judgment Scenarios
